Rich people's service

Multi choice is only meant for those who can afford and are rich. My services were disconnected as I pay on 2nd of every month on compact option. Now I can't afford it and am requesting them to downgrade, today is the 4th day, they take me from pillar to post. Am on the phone with them as we speak and they dont want to downgrade me and reconnect. Meaning, i will only watch tv on the 2nd of November. South Africans, we need to get options otherwise this dstv is only for the rich.
