Riaan Perils is beyond exceptional!

I had a problem getting a query sorted that was started mid January 2018. This morning I sent and email again to assist with my query and Riaan Perils phoned me. He explained everything efficiently and accordingly and it was great! I was upset and getting frustrated because my very straight forward questions was not answered, but Riaan calmly answered my questions and I really appreciate it when you get service like this. Riaan, thank you for helping me and making it worth my while to talk to you and to sort the issue out. Hope you keep on with your exceptional customer service.
