Rewards? What Rewards???

I have been a subscriber of DStv since it feels like forever, with a couple of breaks in between. When they starters Rewards, I was initially impressed, until the first Reward didn't work. It was eventually resolved. Then they started Too Easy Sunday Rewards. I won twice, then all of a sudden, on Sunday, I couldn't log in... In fact when I tried to get in, I got the little round "waiting" button for nearly 5 hrs, still without success. Then they started the Daily Spin, and I won a Box Office movie! Except every time I tried to retrieve the voucher, it said there was an error. I have been trying to get this resolved since 23 March, I have emailed and whatsapp chatted to all sorts of "helpful" people who tell me there is a technical problem and its been escalated. I now have about 3 different reference numbers, and no resolution. Seems its time to cancel my subscription, and find a better option...
