Rewards Voucher not redeemable

For two months I have been sent back an fourth by this company, on my app they have sent me a two R50 Vouchers for Checkers & KFC but can't they claim them. At first when I sent them a query that there is an error message they told me vouchers are finished, few days later less than a week they had changed the voucher amount from R50 to R25KFC & R30 for Checkers but still couldn't claim them same error message would pop up.

This week again from the 5th April I tried claiming and same problem, they said their escalating the query and give them 24hrs for feed back, today the 7th I am doing a follow up they tell me vouchers are finished. They even refuse to send me a coupon voucher number that I can at leat use to claim at the store. Multichoice is one of the worst company with bad customer service, from their call center to their social media platforms. 😔😔👎👎👎👎👎👎
