Rewards that do not deliver

I have played spin the wheel of happiness and 3 prizes which I won could not be claimed. The one prize was a box office movie. The message indicated that I would receive an sms once the movie was allocated to my account. Two weeks have passed and I have not received any comms. The second prize was 500 competition entries, I won this on the 31 August. I tried to use it but there was clearly a problem with the portal which keeping giving an error message. Because we are now in a new month I have forfeited this prize for reasons that are beyond my control. The third prize was a Takealot voucher. I verified and validated the code. When I tried using the code I kept receiving an error that the code is no longer valid. I reached out to Takealot and they responded by saying I need to address this with the issuer as that voucher number was never issued by Takalot. I tried connecting with DSTV on the Facebook portal and they will not assist unless I provide personal details and my ID number. I am happy to provide the details they require except the ID number. I do not feel it is secure giving such details on this portal.

I have all the screenshots and emails bearing proof of this.

Please can this be resolved, if not, stop campaigning competitions that do not deliver.
