Rewards ****

I am utterly disgusted with these so called ‘rewards’ you are using to **** your customers! I won an upgrade now I am expected to pay for it months later! How does this almost triple my usual monthly instalment? How on earth do you seriously expect me to pay for something I supposedly won??? You introduced this **** of a programme to rip people off!!! I WILL NOT PAY THIS RIDICULOUS AMOUNT YOU EXPECT ME TO! DISCONNECT MY SERVICES IF YOU MUST!
