Rewards program not working
The rewards calculator has been inaccurate for the last two weeks now and I've sent numerous emails to the dtsv help email address but the issue has still not been resolved. The star points adds up to Legacy but im still on super star.... most frustrating

23 Mar 2022, 23:34I was awaiting a call back from a gentleman that promised this would be sorted.... another person called claiming that I was disconnected and that's why I didn't receive points but it was just my upgrade that didn't go through due to wrong information supp**** by their call Centre agents. I was never disconnected though and was on the access package at the time of the *********** event.
