Rewards program is a joke!
Having issues with your rewards program again! When I want to redeem the Easy sunday rewards voucher it just loads continously but nothing happens.Can't claim! So again what's the use?! Stop ******** people!This is the 4th voucher i'm having issues with , you still have not even sorted out my query about the other 3 vouchers! Still waiting on feedback!

I was unable to claim the easy sunday voucher this whole morning and now when I checked it says "You've missed out try again next sunday".What a waste of my time!I even sent you screen shots via Facebook of me trying to claim.

That's just messed up! The fact that this is the 4th voucher I am having issues with and you are so nonchalant about the whole thing.I would actually like to know what's your CEO's view on this matter.The purpose of a rewards program is to retain existing customers but the way you are running this will definitely lead people to cancel your service.
