Rewards for free Premium not added on

I have won a free upgrade to Premium back in December 2021 for the 12 Days of Festive - I spoke to Danisile Sokela from the CEO team of Multichoice who assured me come my next payment date that is 3rd January 2022 it will be automatically upgraded to the Premium package for 1 moth to the 3rd February all I had to do was pay my current package price , Today when I woke up to my surprise E16-0 I am unable to view any Premium package - My customer number is ***5 and Cell number is *** please phone me and tell me what is the delay all I want is for my family to enjoy the content that was promised , If Dstv is finding it hard to upgrade me for free I suggest that you guys upgrade me to premium and add a credit to my account for the amount of the package .

It's the end of 1 business day and still no phone call or follow up , how long does it take to add a a free offer that was promised by such a huge company like naspers ??
