rewards claim

I had a reward to be claimed from 1June22. On the day it was removed from my profile hence could not claim. I called in to only to be told that is offered on availibility. This reward was for my account anniversary ( 1 night hotel stay). Customer service advisor escalated my request , yet is more than a week and I am still waiting.
