Rewards and account over charged

So again DSTV fails me? first about a week ago I won a Takealot voucher, when I checked the app it shows I claimed it. I normally have to put in a code and will receive the voucher number by sms or email. I have not claimed any voucher and when I tried it says it's claimed already. Who claimed it, when was it claimed. From whose phone was it claimed Secondly my account payment due is R1508 ? since when, because I am on compact plus, I canceled extra view and extra view insurance and yet my bill is so high. I am canceling my debit order because I'm not going to pay this ridiculous amounts. I already seen so many people complain about the same issue. Are you guys charging us for playing the rewards game where we only win competition entries and try again tommorow.
