Rewards

Dstv rewards seem to be a ****. I have had rewards available for months now, expiring 20th November 2025. I have tried to claim on a number of occasions unsuccessfully so.

I contacted DStv and was advised that the rewards are valid from 20th October to 20th November 2025. I have tried claiming on the app and DStv website. I sent an email and got a reply saying they are looking at the matter, but days later nothing has happened, not even a phone call

Why give rewards to customers that they cannot claim? RIDICULOUS!!
