Rewards

Hi I have claimed my 1000 points on rewards that was not added to my dstsv account. I was the told to escelate after more then 10 phome calls the call center that's not helpful. I got a reply that this will be dealt with I fooled up with the team again have not received a response the service is apualing and I'm just helpless and frustrated that I won't be able to get this right in seeking a repsonse
