REWARDS ****

Recently I converted 1000 points on my DSTV REWARDS app and purchased a R100 Checkers Voucher. At the Checkers till point the cashier and I tried everything to redeem the voucher. I entered the special code and PIN and no voucher code was sent. We tried a number of times all to no avail. After THREE WEEKS and numerous emails I have now lost my R100 and DSTV REWARDS have not refunded me my points. I'm convinced this DSTV REWARDS thing is just a ****. I've been a LOYAL customer for over TWELVE YEARS despite the many changes and expensive subscription. Watch out folks for these **** rewards programmes
