Reward system

The terrible service is unbelievable I was supposedly awarded with a free box office movie for being a loyal customer 3 days later - I still don't have the movie as a "ready to play" It keeps on saying Rental I am so sick and tired of repeating the same information on the self service platform!!! No wonder so many people have moved to other platforms I am sure to follow the trend
