Reward program need urgent attention
Multichoice needs to check their rewards program.
I was migrated to a higher package after claiming a "so-called" reward, after wasting time calling their call center, I had to go to their walk in center to resolve this. This is a form of ambush marking...
Secondly, I claimed an onecart voucher, where upon checking out my items one the website, when entered the given voucher code, onecart informed that the voucher was invalid...
This is not a reward program it is torture!
