Reward

Last week my level was rising star. I tried to unlock the R250 shopping reward. The R250 reward was a Superstar level reward and I needed 1 star. I changed to debit order since I new I would get 10 stars and be able to get to Superstar level and get th R250 reward. After changing to debit order I went to Superstar level and to my surprise and disappointment, I could not claim the reward because it is now a Legend level reward. I need 21 stars to get to Legend level. This is ridiculous, you need to give me the reward as promised.
