Reversed Money

<p>Hellopeter</p> <p> </p> <p>I am writting this because i am so dissapointed with the service i got from Multichoice. I have been out of dstv for over 6 months now. We paid our Dstv at a local franchise in bellville, my husband would pay with his debit card- then we skipped a month and following month when he went to open the ds he was told we owe R1200 - which to our suprise we were informed that the money was reversed everytime we went to pay few days after- we then went to N1 City where we were told the same thing and the agent said she would call us they escalated the matter to their finance dpt- because to our suprise they couldnt tell us who reversed the money and why- they just said the person was not at their desk at the time.If the money was reversed back to our account everytime we went to pay we would see it and who reverses it and why??? That is the answer we have been waiting for all this time and no one calls from Multichoice.Please help because we want to know what happened with our monthly instalments.</p>
