I made payment on my account, yet service was disconnected, chatting with an online agent which advice me to send proof of payment, which I did. After a couple of days, chatted to an agent again, my services was back on again. Then again my services was disconnected, chatted again to an agent who told me that the reconstruction fee should had be reverse, she apologized for the inconvenience and I was back online again. Then my services was disconnected once again, again I chatted to an agent, the agent told me the amount that I pay was reverse , I should talk with my bank. Worse online service I receive for the online agent who was at no help at all.
