Reversals on account for cash payments?!!
Three CASH payments were made for R772.30, R349.50 and R699 on 31 October 2015. As per DSTV the CASH payments for R772.30 and R349.50 were miraculously reversed at PEP 0n 10 Dec 2015. How do one reverse cash payments??? Impossible. This was relayed to DSTV on 12 Dec 2015 and they said its something fishy and will investigate. No feedback received and DSTV cut on 17 Dec 2015 due to \non payment".

We checked the account online and now it says R694.60 in arrears and there is another DSTV Premium subscription which has been added to the account today (17 Dec 2015) for R372.80. Now who's DSTV are we paying for now?! We paid exactly 2 years ago for another customer's American Express Card that was reversed and we were told its our card (we didn't even own a credit card). We were FORCED to pay for the DSTV mishap in order to get the DSTV on again.

In our view it seems DSTV might be in financial difficulty as this is the second time our account is mismanaged and we are FORCED to pay for their mishaps .. or maybe its for bonuses.

Tried calling DSTV on 17 Dec 2015 at 18:48 and held on until 19:15 when we eventually put the phone down as its clear DSTV has shut down for the day."""
