Retirement Village Package
Our customer number is ***6. We are on the retirement village package. Our services were interrupted on the 23rd July 2015 and are down since then.
I have contacted the commercial call center on numerous occasions. When I am fortunate enough to get hold of an agent, I am told that they will escalate the matter. Nothing is happening. The service stay interrupted. The residents are paying for a service which can not be delivered. Will our accounted be credited for the period of interruption?
This is not acceptable from a company such as Multichoice.
Can anybody from Multichoice PLEASE assist?
