Retention Department is a sham

I have been a DSTV subscriber for over 10 years, on the full package plus extras, never missed a payment and I only have seen the prices going up and up, whilst quality not meeting the increased costs.

A more loyal customer you will not find, yet I find that the lineup is just becoming insignificant compared to online offerings. I called to cancel and was offered a puny saving in order to keep me on, it was laughable (less than R80 per month), and I was expected to agree to a 24 month agreement.

Really guys... you are about to lose yet another loyal customer due to your lack of options and customer appreciation, especially to those of us who have stuck by you. Shame shame shame.

It is so disappointing to end off like this. You guys really do not look after your long term and loyal clients.
