Response to my previous complaint
Please see my previous complaint (31 Aug) and it's poor, apathetic response.
I am MOST unhappy with Multichoice's attitude towards it subscribers. I VERY CLEARLY stated that I have to phone multichoice twice a week for something I used to be able to do over the website and that each call is MOST frustrating (see previous report). On Friday I had to phone 15 times (!!!) to get my smartcards swapped and on Sunday I was on the phone to them for 46 minutes to swap back. Do you really expect your clients to be happy with this? I used to be able to do it online, WITHOUT a supervisor.
Can someone please PHONE me to address my complaint? Instead of responding with \we see you have managed to swap". The issue is that it is a NIGHTMARE to do it TWICE a week!!!
I expect a phone call and a resolution. Changing to a holiday setup will cost me more (because your systems are inadequate) and apparently once I change to holiday setup I will not be able to change it back to its current setup once your system joins the 21st century.
Please CALL me."""
