Reset passwords
I have a router with Dstv and im paying them on time but now that i have a problem with their router they said cant help me i must cancel my router and apply for another just because i asked them to reset my password this is bad service because i have to pay for all of this

28 Jan 2025, 15:26I called earlier again to get assistant ***) and the lady who was assisting me was making a joke of the situation. I don't know now this is bad service . if i was told in the term and conditions that you dont reset passwords because now I'm calling you and your employees are making jokes.
