Employ a program buyer with a brain please! We are sick and tired of viewing the same re runs, old, old, old movies and propaganda. R462 per month is a ******* and amounts to theft!!!

We understand your concern about repeats, however, repeats are a necessary component in the multi-channel environment, for viewer convenience, as well as due to the manner in which movie rights are secured.
MultiChoice do not schedule channel programmes but buys ready-made local and international channels. Each channel schedules new and recurring programmes according to a programme or movie's license specification.
Our intention is certainly not to provide a sub-standard service to our customers. In fact, our focus is to provide great experience to our customers in all your dealings with us.
We have escalated your concerns and suggestions to the relevant department for concideration.
