REQUESTED PRICE DECREASE!

I received an email from Mark Rayner, COO Multichoice on 2/3/15 advising me of an annual price increase.<br> I rep**** to their email stating that their service did not justify an increase as per reasons given (see below) and that I request a price DECREASE confirmed in writing.<br> 3 reminders were sent (thy allocated a case number, *** but have not received the courtesy of their confirmation by their COO.<br> My initial email dated 2/3/15, outling details of their poor service is reflected below:<br> <br> Attention Mark Rayner, COO Multichoice,<br> <br> Your email with attachment wrt a price increase has reference.<br> I regret I cannot accept your proposed increase as you simply cannot justify same for the following reasons :<br> <br> 1. Ad nausea-um repeat of various offerings<br> 2. Too many useless channels on offer<br> 3. Too many reality shows, which I dislike<br> 4. Too many big brother shows, which I dislike<br> 5. Too many idols shows which I dislike<br> 6. Too much African soccer which I detest<br> 7. Product offerings, choices are limited<br> 8. Still waiting for my monthly mag by post - I notified you in December 2013 of my change of address but have yet to receive same.<br> <br>
