Request for Clarification on My DStv Subscription Fees

Dear DStv Finance Department,

I have been a loyal DStv subscriber for many years. I recently received an email stating that Showmax services will be suspended.

As a paying subscriber, I would like clarification regarding my monthly subscription:

What will my monthly subscription amount be going forward?

My current payment is just below R1400.00 per month. Why is my subscription this high when I took out a contract about two years ago?

According to my understanding, my contract amount should be just below or slightly above R1000.00 per month.

Could you please send me a detailed breakdown explaining why my current monthly subscription is so high? Especially now that showmax services are also falling away. Don't think it is fair that we should keep paying such high amount with less benefits. Just email me monthly statement and clarify why this high monthly subscription fee.

Your urgent assistance would be appreciated, especially now that Showmax will no longer form part of the benefits included in the DStv package.
