REPOFF BY MULTICHOICE

multichoice is a **** and abusing customers, I was charged R487 for a decoder that I no longer have, when I call their callcentre I am being told that there is nothing they can do I need to pay the R487, now my services remain suspended, How possible that they charge me for a decoder that they cancelled a long time ago..I am really ****ed off and frustrated I have been a loyal Customer to Multichoice for over 15 years ....
