Replacement sim nightmare
I keep calling dstv regarding my lost simcard. They log a call and for 3months I am paying for something I don't use. They are pathetic and the consultants are ***********. I am still waiting for the replacement simcard. I am giving them 7 days and then I will take legal action. This is unacceptable. They can cancel contract or send the sim
