Replacement Decoders not working
In the last week we replaced our decoder at the Randburg walk in branch twice! Now the decoder we got is not wotking a few days later! When you get to the walk in they try to upsell you to other decoders, but their normal ones dont even work! Now for the 3rd time we have to go back!
We have been clients of DSTV since they started. Shocking and terrible service!!!
