<p>It is very frustrating evening there is absolutely nothing intruguing to watch on dstv it's either repeats of movies series episodes that we have watched previously years or months ago it doesn't stop there, they'll broadcast the same movies at least three times in a week.. I feel that the monthly subscription fee is ridiculously expensive for the lousy entertainment provided if it wasneeds for super sport I would cancel my subscription in a heartbeat.</p> <p>If multi choice values us as clients theyou should really look at investing in new material as we all know without the clients the company is worthless.. We have been loyal towards you for the past 15 years come on entertain us.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>

We understand your concern about repeats, however, repeats are a necessary component in the multi-channel environment, for viewer convenience, as well as due to the manner in which movie rights are secured.
MultiChoice do not schedule channel programmes but buys ready-made local and international channels. Each channel schedules new and recurring programmes and broadcast according to a programme or movie’s license specification.
Our intention is certainly not to provide a sub-standard service to our customers. In fact, our focus is to provide great experience to our customers in all your dealings with us.
We have escalated your concerns and suggestions to the relevant department for consideration.
Your support, and that of all our customers, is important to us.
