Repeating of movies on indian Bouquet
We pay exorbatant amounts for Dstv and indian bouquet ONLY TO WATCH REPEATS. SERIOUSLY FIRE THE PERSON WHO IS SELECTING MOVIES AND GET SOMEONE COMPETANT. THERE ARE MILLIONS OF MOVIES. REPEATS SHOULD NOT HAPPEN MORE THAN TWICE. THIS IS GETTING VERY IRRITATING AND TO THINK SOUTH AFRICANS ARE ACCEPTING THIS.

We understand your concern about repeats, however, repeats are a necessary component in the multi-channel environment, for viewer convenience, as well as due to the manner in which movie rights are secured.
MultiChoice do not schedule channel programmes but buys ready-made local and international channels. Each channel schedules new and recurring programmes according to a programme or movie's license specification.
Our intention is certainly not to provide a sub-standard service to our customers. In fact, our focus is to provide great experience to our customers in all your dealings with us.
We have escalated your concerns and suggestions to the relevant department for consideration.
Thank you for taking the time to point out our service failings and suggestions, as we continually strive to improve our service, feedback such as yours is extremely valuable.
