Repeated programming at a Premium Price

So I have been, first an Mnet and now a DSTV Premium subscriber for years and years, always paid my account etc etc... but I have to endure day after day of repeat programming on every single channel. No matter what channel you land on, it's already been on... it's hopeless. Why are we paying such a ridiculous amount of money every month to watch the same episodes of every series of every description over and over again? Multichoice/DSTV... Take note::: As PAYING subscribers you are obliged to take the complaints and suggestions made with all seriousness as, if every Premium subscriber were to cancel their subscriptions simultaneously, where would that leave your bottom line???? In the toilet!! As if the repeat programming weren't bad enough, don't let me start on the repeat adverti*****ts. I have watched the same ridiculous advert numerous times during one episode of a series.... who the heck is your programming manager????? Are you trying to make me turn the TV off!?!?!?!?!

Try taking heed of the "little people" ... having read all the complaints on this forum there are clearly many, many issues with your institution... starting with your non-existent customer service, ridiculous billing system and your totally inadequate programming.

When I call a company, of which I am a paying customer, I expect to be greeted by a friendly, competent, knowledgeable individual that is capable of either sorting out the issue at hand or alternatively referring me to someone that can. When met with answers like "what?" and "not my department"... you are literally depriving a deserving individuals of employment and defaming your institution by allowing these uneducated, rude and *********** people to represent your name. How can you, as a “Service Provider” be providing such inadequate service in so many respects?

Perhaps it’s time that Multichoice/DSTV starts to prioritise their customers, sort out their billing and ‘performance appraise’ your customer service department… This all before all your Premium Subscribers flush your services.

Best regards,
Well, what a shock.
I actually had to laugh at the responses received... exactly what I'm talking about, inadequate customer service... but let's see where this goes....
I await more feedback.
