Repeat offenders
I would like to find out from DSTV, why do they choose to repeat the same seasons of the series and yet the new seasons are available, eg NCIS LA are now on season 11 and DSTV just completed airing season 7 and 8 and now they playing season 7 again, same story with Big Bang Theory... why do they choose to repeat the same old boring overseen seasons and yet we pay allot of money evey month to them to have DSTV but its a complete waste of money and time. please stop airing the same seasons and movies month in and month out.. you are the same as SABC that repeat the same content. unhappy DSTV customer

We understand your concern about repeats, however, repeats are a necessary component in the multi-channel environment, for viewer convenience, as well as due to the manner in which movie rights are secured.
MultiChoice do not schedule channel programmes but buys ready-made local and international channels. Each channel schedules new and recurring programmes and broadcast according to a programme or movie’s license specification.
Our intention is certainly not to provide a sub-standard service to our customers. In fact, our focus is to provide great experience to our customers in all your dealings with us.
We have escalated your concerns and suggestions to the relevant department for consideration.
