Repayment ignored
DSTV is the pits! I made the gross error of an online payment going to Multichoice instead of the intended recipient. I realized this immediately and contacted Multichoice and requested a refund. After online chats to agents who requested irrelevant information which I supp****, to no avail. This payment was made on 16th August and to date the repayment has not been done.
