Repairs/poor customer service
Your local service center JJ Electronics is not up to standard, queuing for in excess of 2 hours and no service. Can not join the queue after 16:15 in the afternoon as they say they cannot serve more customers. Decoder broken, cannot watch a subscribed service I pay for and all the helpdesk say is, sorry we hear you. Get a relative to stand in the queue for you. Really, improve your service
