Repairs

Good day! On 26th February 2015 I took my PVR Decoder to Multichoice in Randburg, the decoder reflected error, I was then paid an amount of about R560 to receive a reflamished PVR Decorder. When I got home, it read error BE 1, die to other commitments, I delayed going back to Multichoice. On 4th March 2015, I went back to Multichoice Randburg with the decoder, indeed it was found to be in error BE1. I waited 10 mins while they were rectifying the error. I returned home and the decoder worked for 10 minutes and went completely off. I'm very frustrated as, I'm running back and forth with this PVR Decoder and I'm not receiving positive results. My frustration is not only going back and forth, but the thought that I'm paying everyday to watch dstv, makes me feel like I'm wasting money. I call the Multichoice call centre, they refer me back to Multichoice Randburg. I need assistance, I cannot plan my everyday life around Multichoice.
