Renewed my premium package but no channels active on dstv stream.
Renewed my premium Dstv stream package to watch sports over the weekend. Only for no channels to show on dstv stream. I tried to get it sorted with their live chat, WhatsApp, waited 45mins on a phone call without assistance. Will never use dstv again. I paid over R1000 just a moment ago to get my stream package reactivated but no channels.

28 Sept 2024, 17:36Too late, wanted to watch the springboks. Unacceptable to ask to pay for your packages and then it doesn’t work when it needs to. I would like to have a refund of the R799 I needed to pay. Very disappointing experience
