Removing Channels

I have been subscribe to DSTV compact for more than 2 year's now, i noticed that my animal planet stations vanished without any notification from them. I phoned customers care just now and i was told that its sorry you have to go for the premium package to get it back and they did send out a notic, if they did i would have known about it!!, I did not sing up for this package and are unsatisfied wit it, fix it!!
