Removing channel 117
<p>I am on what is called a Gated Community package. Most people in our retirement village subscribe to this package as we have a choice, albeit limited, of channels we want to watch. We all enjoy watching the various series such as Law and Order. Yesterday, 2 December, we noticed that this channel had been removed from the package without warning. I have tried to communicate with DStv on their FB page to no avail. A friend who also lives in a Gated Community tells me their channel 117 has also been removed. We want to know why, and why we were not notified beforehand.</p>

We confirmed that channel 117 have not been removed from our Packages, however as stated in your e mail you live in a gated community and is still not able to view the channel.
