Remove my name from ITC

To whom it may concern!! I am very Appalled at Multichoice's customer services, I was 2 months in arrears with them and I made payment arrangements on my account, I was not aware of them handing me over to ITC, I'm not sure if it was before I made payment or after, I need to know when? I settled the arrears on the 23rd May 2015, I app**** for finance on a vehicle in September 2015 and I was declined because I was listed on ITC for my Multichoice account, I have contacted them on numerous occasions and spoke to 4 consultants and I have contacted the accounts department to clear this query and I had no response for 3 weeks now!! please can someone assist me with this query. I need my name to be cleared on ITC and a letter to prove that my name is cleared and that my account is paid up.<br> Thank you<br> Kind Regards<br> Taryn
