Removal of the account from all Credit bureau platforms

Multichoice/DSTV-I was sold a decoder under false pretenses and again they made one debt look like multiple debts, I paid them off and received a paid-up letter however they also don't want to remove their accounts from my credit profile and it's also affecting my life.
