Removal of Explora Parental Control PIN
Once again, I found that the Parental Control PIN has been removed with no notification. This of course exposes children to inappropriate content.

Kindly note that we have no access on your decoder to remove the parental pin that you set.
We can only reset to our default and then you have the access to change it accordingly.
Please provide us with your customer number and identity number so that we may reset it for you to adjust. Here are our touchpoints that you may send your information to:
