Removal of Animal Planet Channel 183 from Compact

Please refer to my previous complaint which I tried to answer but as I was away for a short time I think it expired. My answer to your feed back is as follows:<br> The DSTv package I chose was done specifically because of Animal Planet channel 183. As far as the channels mentioned ( Channels 181 182) they do NOT have any of the content of Animal Planet. It isn't as though Animal planet wasn't part of the package before you CHANGED it. As far as your comment about buying international channesl is concerned it is still part of the more expensive packages i.e. It is still there just that you are denying our pakage from recieving it. PLEASE PUT IT BACK!!!!! If you really value us as your customer you won't make changes that irritate your customers as you have done. If you cannot or will not comply I will be informing the Sunday Times consumer complaints as I feel VERY strongly about what you have done
