Reinberce of my money

Good day I'm still waiting after 3 weeks for Dstv to refund me on R1440 witch shoprite made a error when I payed Dstv I emailed them proof of purchase and copy of my ID everything they needed I even went in store and they sed it will take up to 7 working days to get my money back from them I'm getting payed weekly and I made debt to survive that week now I'm still waiting to get my money back after 3 weeks very fast to collect money but to pay back you guys don't care very disgusted .
