Regret taking price lock

I am experiencing horrible billing I am on price lock my installment is 499 but it it's either they don't deduct or the over deduct the consultants reconnected my service on the 26th after paying close to a R1500 that I dont know where it comes from and now I have an owing balance of R577 and my services are again disconnected I regret signing up for price lock
