Refusing to terminate my services

On saturday afternoon i got home and switched on my tv and dstv decoder to watch the soweto debut. to my suprize the tv kicked out an error saying please enter your parental guide pin which is 1234 and i did that after a few seconds the same error popped up and asked for the same pin, this continued for more times because it was already after 17:00 when i gave up waiting for the decoder to search for correct footprint i decided to visit the branch the following day, upon my arrival the lady plugged it in and said it was working but when she changed the channel the same error popped up but she unplugged it and said it has been fixed. wen i got home the tv still gave the same error, i then called them on Monday to advised them that my tv is still not working they asked me to take it in. because i was at work i asked my 6 years old son to take the decoder in for them to check it, he called me and said he took it in and they did not take the decoder from him but they told him that the parental guide pin that blocked my channels has been removed it should work. when i got home my tv was still not working i called them to cancel my acc seeing that its not working and they refused.
