Refusing to fix LNB cable hit by lightning

My LNB cable was hit by lightning on the 25th of January 216, and i have insurance with DSTV. Unfortunately when i called to inform then on LNB they told me they don't cover the cable. This makes me wonder, since they don't cover the cable and the suppliers such as ONAir don't cover it who is supposed to and no one want to insure the cable? Now I am suppose to pop out R1400 to fix the cable, while paying insurance. So, does this mean every-time when there is lightning then one has to pay R1400 even though you have insurance? This is very frustrating as no one want to take responsibility from installer, supplier and DSTV side. THIS IS A REAP OFF, DAY LIGHT *******
