Refusing to do my refund
I canceled my dstv and was told I have to let the debit order run wait till it reflects on Multichoice account then they can do the refund this was on the 20th September I have still not gotten my refund everytime I call they give me a different story. I want my refund immediately or I'm taking this further. Pathetic service. Wasting my personal airtime to try and get my money. Bad service. Very unhappy customer.
