Refuse to close my account

I would love to close my website account and cut all ties with DSTV. However, they state that I still have a decoder connected to my account, and they cannot remove it. Reason for closing my account - I don't live in South Africa anymore. It was easier closing my SABC account than this. And I cannot put my contact number in the way it's meant to be since I cannot add a country code.
